Hi;
Thanks for these stats!
I'm trying to generate the same stats for the last two or three years.
Or, do you have similar stats for last two years? It would be great if you could post these to compare seasons.If not,
Do you know how to get an approx.
number of total Corsi F/A from Gabe's site.(he has them per player & per/60 - my math isn't strong enough to convert??

Thanks Mike

Hi Mike,

I have similar data for 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2009-10.

Essentially, I have team data on goals, saved shots, missed shots and blocked shots for all games during that period for which a play-by-play file exists (NHL.com is missing a few games). The data is broken down by game situation (EV, EV Tied, Special Teams, but no EV close).

I also have data on empty net goals by game situation.

If you give me your email address, I can send you the spreadsheet(s).

It is a impressive sheet with all that data. I bet that it took a lot of time to make something like that.
